Small Changes Can Make A Huge Impact

I’m always inspired to make healthy changes to my diet and exercise routine in the Summer. As an Ohioan, it can feel like the sun doesn’t shine for months, so when I’m able to soak-up those warm, motivating summer rays I’m more than ready to work toward my healthy lifestyle goals.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that setting unrealistic goals is, well… UNREALISTIC! I’ve found the most success when I’ve focused on two or three simple changes to incorporate into my daily routines.

This summer, my goals are to walk 10,000 steps or more every day, to cook dinner at home for my family five days a week, and to replace sugar with delicious SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener.
