Wait...It's 2018?

I'm back!

I know I left on sort of a discouraging note. However, I'm starting to do a little better. I have been taking my medication and I see my counselor on Friday. I've reached a few low points this week, but tonight I'm feeling pretty great.

It's the beginning of my second semester of freshman year and I'm pretty ready to take it on. I've got my class schedule all finalized and I'm prepared to take good notes and study extra hard. We'll see how long that lasts...

Either way, I want to try really hard to make positive changes on myself and my lifestyle for this semester to help myself feel better. I'm trying to drink more water because I'm constantly dehydrated. I want to make sure I get a healthy amount of sleep and start forming a morning routine. This morning I was awake and had time to get ready for class at a leisurely pace. I hope I can keep that up. Just kidding, we all know I'll be running to class five minutes before it starts in only a week or two😂

I would also love to go through my blog and make some adjustments...including getting rid of old short posts that I no longer want here. I want to add some more links and stuff as well.

One of my new favorite things is reading other mental health blogs and I totally suggest you guys check them out. I'm going to be adding some to my "Inspirations" page soon too!

I'm also busy checking out new music. If you have any suggestions let me know!

So today I got caught up in thinking about the fact that it's 2018. Unlike last year, this won't be such a big year for me. However, it's already started off great. I went to Disney World, New Mexico, and Texas all over my winter break which was amazing.

Other than that, I'll turn 19 and begin my sophomore year of college. Who knows where God will take me...I guess that's the exciting thing about life; you never know what's going to happen.

I still can't believe I've been writing this long. Fighting this long honestly. It's amazing to see how far I've come. The battle is constantly changing, but you just have to take it one day at a time.

I'm still praying for each and every one of you. As always, I'd love to hear from you! If you have any suggestions on anything you'd like for me to write about, let me know! Otherwise feel free to fill my inbox with prayer requests, questions, or anything at all really.

I'd also love to give a special thank you shoutout to my faithful readers who continue to support me and pray for me. I wouldn't be here without you.
