Lifestyle Review: Halloween Home Decor

The greatest time of the year is finally here and I couldn't wait to decorate our new home for Halloween. So much so I put the decorations up in September. Take a look at my decor inspired by all things Autumn and the spooky season...

Some of you may remember that we recently moved to Stamford, Lincolnshire (about a 30min+ drive from Peterborough). And, with a fresh new space to decorate for Autumn, I was super excited to stock up on new Halloween pieces. Ever since my trip to the US last year where I embarked on a Halloween road trip, I have been collecting pieces from here and there and am pleased to finally see it all on display in the new house.

I just love that cosy feeling that comes with Halloween decorations. Tea lights and pumpkins just bring so much warmth to the house and I want to leave them up all year round. Some of my most favourite pieces I've found this year have actually been total bargains. Particularly the neon bat light which was just £8 from ASDA, as well as the little pumpkin tea light holders which were only £1 from Flying Tiger.

Well that's it for a quick tour of our Halloween living room. I'm in absolutely no hurry to take our decorations down and am definitely going to try to integrate them in to our usual decor as much as possible. But tell me, have you decorated for Halloween? What are some of your favourite haunted home buys? As always I love reading your comments so please do share your thoughts with me below.

Until next Halloween, keep it spooky ghouls and gals,
