The backstory of why and how I created this and why I decided this was the 2018 Intentional Living Calendar year was in the last post, if you’re interested. The short form is that I was really looking for something that made me live purposefully. It didn’t seem to exist so I created it. That’s how we all make things, don’t we?

I began my year with Yoga and have many more exciting themes coming up for the year. I like the structure it brings about and am looking forward to thinking through this year within new and meaningful parameters like these. I’ll naturally keep updating on Instagram or this blog.
