Weight Watchers Month Three

This is my third month with Weight Watchers and I cannot believe how fast the time has been ticking away. I still cannot believe how incredibly lucky I have been to have this free three month trial to Weight Watchers. They really have been amazing! I found a really great meeting place, where I feel at home. The leaders are great, the staff is amazing and I love all the new things they have done for privacy while they weigh me in.

I’ve been sick for the past couple of weeks with a horrendous cough, cold and sinus thing and sort of fell off the wagon. It was nice to receive a personal note from the leader saying that I have been missed. I am looking forward to getting back to it and re-joining my meeting later on this week.

The great thing about Weight Watchers is that I haven’t had to deprive myself from anything. I have made it a habit to check the point value of food when I go out to eat BEFORE we actually go out. It really helps prepare me and gets me thinking about healthy choices. It is so easy to find healthy recipes and make healthy choices and I’m really loving the 360 plan. There is so much more incentive to make HEALTHY choices on the *new* Weight Watchers system than I remember from previous times I have done Weight Watchers.

My sister’s wedding is coming up in January and she has lost 15 pounds on Weight Watchers. She looks and feels amazing. It’s really inspiring to go to the meetings and see people that have had serious success on the Weight Watchers plan. Between my sister’s success and the wonderful people I have met at Weight Watchers, I am in awe. I am inspired. When you see people that have lost 100 pounds and think, “WOW! That’s amazing!” because they don’t LOOK like they could have possibly ever had a weight problem in the first place.

Today, I have a plan to get back to my regular routine. I’m going to get some fresh fruits and vegetables stocked. I am going to get on WeightWatchers.com and find some great new recipes to try. Then, I am going to get back to my running routine. Before getting sick, I was beginning to regain some of my running fitness again and it was feeling so good. Time to get back to it!

Disclaimer: People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. I was offered a three-month trial to participate in Weight Watchers. I was given the choice to join online or in person. I chose IN PERSON, however the Weight Watchers E-Tools were not included in this trial, so I purchased the E-Tools with my own money. I have participated in Weight Watchers before and would only recommend brands and products I personally believe in.
