This past Weekend we camped near the silver lake Dunes, this was my first visit to the area. Sunday we headed to the dunes and wow they are awesome. Sunday we walked the dunes and Monday we rented a jeep to drive up and down them, it was a blast.

We rented the jeep early morning on Monday so it was not busy on the dunes maybe 10 other vehicles, on the weekend there can be up to a few thousand vehicles on the dunes at a time, that would be nuts. I think if I could the dunes to myself like this every time we’d make this a yearly family trip. Enjoy some photos from our fun trip.
