I'm a busy person. I wouldn't have it any other way, but it means I have to juggle what's on my plate quite often. I'm okay with that!

Lately, as much as I love to cook, I've been turning to quick and easy meal ideas rather than the long, slow-cooked nourishing meals I enjoy preparing so much. Saving that bit of extra time in the evening means I have more time to spend with my family when I'm done working.

And you know what. That's what's important. Spending time with my family brings me so much joy and happiness that I do it as much as I possibly can.

Over the last couple months, I've come to rely on Ling Ling Fried Rice as a quick and easy meal for my family. The girls can easily heat it up themselves, and I can make something yummy to go alongside kit.

I made Thai Chicken Wings to go with the Ling Ling Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice. Then we made Shrimp Fried Rice using the Chinese-Style Vegetable Fried Rice.

This time, I decided to make some Fried Rice Cups using the Ling Ling Yakiniku Beef Fried Rice.

They're perfect to take on the go if we have a meeting at the library or just want to spend an afternoon at the park.

The kids love how they taste and I love the convenience. Fortunately, I can get more Ling Ling Fried Rice at our local Vons store whenever we run out. You can locate it at a store near you through the Ling Ling Store Locator.

In addition to the flavors already mentioned, Ling Ling Fried Rice also comes in two other flavors: Yakitori Chicken and Bibimbap Beef. All of the recipes are based on pure and authentic Asian-inspired recipes from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand.

They all have a wonderful flavor because Ling Ling uses an Infusion Cooking Method to infuse each grain of rice with Ling Ling signature sauces. Kaylee swears they taste better than takeout, and she loves to eat out!

If you want to try Ling Ling Fried Rice, you can get $2 off a box of Ling Ling Fried Rice at any retailer where the products are sold through January 31, 2018 with the coupon on the Ling Ling Fried Rice website.
