It’s Sunday, and Landon and I are hanging out on the sofa, watching The Pioneer Woman cook applesauce.
I’ve got my laptop on my legs and am typing away — I’m tickled pink to show you what I did yesterday!
I assembled the rustic Farmhouse Console Table I bought for our kitchen two months ago. It’s been sitting in a box on the porch, and I finally had time to put it together.
Don and Landon were out for a few hours, so that was the perfect time to do my thing.
This is what that corner of the kitchen looked like before:
The Table and chair looked pretty, but I’ve been wanting more open shelf space for a while.
Rustic Farmhouse Console Table
It didn’t take long to put the new table/shelf together. I was so excited to fill it with my favorite dishes that I didn’t take a picture of it without anything on it.
Many of these bowls, plates, and glasses were hidden in our storage room in the back, but I like to have them easily accessible like this.
I love the color of the wood boards, and the rustic metal legs. This Console Table definitely adds to the farmhouse look in our home.
And you can’t beat the price! You know me, I don’t like to spend much money on anything. I’m such a believer that you can decorate a lovely home on a budget, and this is an example.
