I’ve been using Retin-A for eighteen months and Glycolic Acid Cream for about a year. I have written a few posts on the subject but some viewers have asked me for some more pictures. So here you go!

Unfortunately I don’t have any other good before’s as I didn’t know I was going to be writing a skin-care blog and I certainly didn’t have any aspirations to have my own Youtube channel. You just never know where life is going to take you

How has my skin changed Since I Reached my Forties?

I didn’t notice much of a change until I reached the grand old age of 42. Whether it really had changed or I had just started noticing the lines around that time, who knows. I had never bothered with skin care before. A splash of soap and water and Nivea was all my skin was treated to!

If I had started using Retin-A and Glycolic acid in my thirties I absolutely believe that I wouldn’t have developed many lines at all. I say that from experience with both anti-aging products. I always believed that face creams claiming to reduce the appearance of lines were nonsense and a complete waste of money. Little did I know….

I still advocate going cheap though. Neither Retin-A or Glycolic Acid creams are expensive. I make it a rule never to pay over £25 for a skin-care product.
