A Frightfully Good Halloween Ride and So Much More at Nickelodeon’s Takotown Fright Express!

Last October 31 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall, Nickelodeon gave kids and kids at heart a one-of-a-kind Halloween experience aboard the Takotown Fright Express.

Over 4,000 guests were treated to an afternoon of scary tricks and treats, exciting activities and surprises and an exclusive Terror Tour at the Spook Station.

My son and I, along with other families, had the ride of our lives at Nickoledeon’s Takotown Fright Express. Our first stop was the Haunted Mansion where we saw old, creepy-looking picture frames with real-life costume characters that turned into scary creatures.

Too bad, I wasn’t quick enough to catch this beautiful woman transform into an ugly monster.

In the Scary Jungle, we saw a tikbalang, a slithering creature and a manananggal.

Then we saw a coffin, a ghost, a white lady and a zombie along the Cemetery area.

After our spooky train ride, we saw Hamburglar, Grimace and Gandalf.

Apart from the Spook Station’s Terror Tour, there were also Nickelodeon-inspired stage games where participants got to win awesome prizes.

My son won the final game, Touchdown Throws, and received a Skechers Kids GC.

Dancers on hoverboards likewise took the stage and delighted the audience with their funky grooves.

Major raffle prizes were also given away, as well as prizes for the cutest, scariest and most creative Halloween costumes.

And then for the show’s finale, the Paw Patrol’s Chase and Marshall, plus Bikini Bottom’s SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star performed on stage. It was truly a fun Halloween event for me and my son.
