Protein Pancakes

What you will need:
* 1 Egg
* 1 Banana
* 1/2 cup of Unsweetened almond milk
* 1/2 cup of Water
* 3/4 cup of Old fashion Rolled Oats
* Half scoop (15g) of Protein Powder (Strawberry & Banana Flavour)
* Salt
* Cinnamon
Toppings:
* Blueberries
* Honey
* Peanut / Almond Butter
* Vanilla Yogurt
Top Tip - Use a blender to mix everything up! (less work / cleaning)
Step 1.
Put the banana, egg, Oats, Protein powder and liquids all in the blender. Put a dash of bicarbonate of soda (for the pancakes to be thick) and salt (enhances the flavours) and sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix it all up until it becomes liquid form and leave for a minute or two for the soda to process.
Step 2.
Grab a pan and put it on low heat to warm it up for a few minutes. Spray a little oil on the pan and pour the mixture out, leave for a couple of seconds (or when it starts to bubble in the middle) and flip. Colours of the pancake can vary but it should often be light brown / golden brown.
Step 3.
Woo, you're nearly ready to eat! I like to put toppings on my pancake and normally put blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. Sprinkle honey and some almond butter and have a little vanilla yoghurt on the side. Tastyyyy!!
Bon appetite!
