If you stay anywhere around Kalyani Nagar, Koregoan Park area in Pune and looking for authentic North Indian or Punjabi Food, look nowhere but to Changa Khana. Changa Khana is delivery only food joint in Kalyani Nagar and R4Reviw team got to taste their menu few days back.

We had ordered Mix Veg Pakodas, Mix Veg Makhanwala with Laccha Paratha and Phulka and Mango Lassi, here is our review,

Mix Veg Pakodas – Its a mixed platter of potato, onion, cauliflower, capsicum and chilli pakodas. All tasted perfect especially for those winter evenings. Best of all was potato, while chilli was too spicy, felt it was made of regular chilli and not the bhajiya wale chillies. But if you love enough spicy food, then you may try this.

Mix Veg Makhanwala – Perfect Punjabi taste, with fresh veggies and paneer in creamy makhan gravy.  I wanted to try laccha paratha as a Punjabi special dish, but was bit disappointed, as it was half burnt. Phulka also turned dry and hard within minutes of opening.

Rating: 4.5/5 for Mixed Vag Makhanwala, 2.5/5 for Paratha and Phulka

Mango Lassi – Mango Lassi was best of all. No added colour, mild sweetness with taste of fresh mango. I am very particular about the consistency when it comes to lassi or shakes, this lassi was perfect in consistency too.

Rating: 5/5

Except for Paratha and phulka rest everything is Changa as their name goes.

Average Cost: Rs. 400 for two people (approx.)
