Healthy Hair Bears Gummies

It’s my total favourite! Instead taking pills as a supplements, here you have orange gummy bears filled with biotin (500% RDIs), zinc, selenium, copper, niacin & vitamins A & E! They’re a big boost for you to keep the hair super healthy! Once again I measured my fringe and within 2 weeks my hair grew exactly 1cm (that’s twice faster than normally)! Detox Day & Night Tea

As some of you seen on my Instagram, I’m back at the gym so detoxing is very important for me during that time to stop drinking coffee & improve my results. I already had a lot of detox teas but I’m always curious to try new products & I easily get bored with teas so every month I have different one

Day tea is made with hibiscus, green tea, blackcurrant, apple fruit, Puerh red tea, wild rose, senna, chicory root & orange peer. For me it’s got nice delicate taste, quite sweet (oh, I sometimes add erythritol instead of sugar for my sweet tooth!). I completely gave up on coffee but this tea gave me enough energy both for the whole day or morning trainings. My metabolism was also working properly & my body didn’t keep too much water what happens to me quite often.

Day Cream Class A Collagen

Soooo, I received tons of messages on Instagram how I keep my skin so smooth & looking healthy & recently it looks even better than before (no spots at all!). Here is you answer – I change my creams every 2 weeks usually so my skin reacts to them & Noble Health Collagen cream just made my skin looking perfect what other creams weren’t able to do (of course other brands are great too but I use them for different reasons, eg. dehydrated skin, or bags under eyes…). This cream I used to get that super smooth and hydrated face I had no allergy reactions & love the consistency. I used it every morning as a make up base & it kept my skin nice for the whole day so it’s great in the summer even for dry & sensitive skin. The formula is with fish collagen, stem cells from grapes and oxygenating complex, leaving your skin revitalised & radiant This cream is now a part of my collection of favourite creams & I will definitely order more when this finishes (as well as Gummy Bears!)!
