Valentine’s Day is about celebrating those you Love, from family to friends. It’s why I love Galentine’s Day even more…especially when it means combining with my love of Brunch and time with friends.  But with time at a premium, it’s all about keeping things chic and festive without a ton of complicated decor items.  Even more fun, make it an afternoon of chicks, flicks and brunch!  What’s better than drinks and watching girl power on screen? Keeping with the theme of quick and easy, this brunch is all about the easy bites, unfussy decor and fun drinks. I love my pink faux rug, it has made a fabulous table runner for a variety of parties!  Topped with white platters and bowls, they are a perfect contrast of smooth and fuzzy.  My only other table decor is a vase of pink roses and hydrangeas. You know I am all about the store-bought fare when it comes to quick and easy; we are serving up bagels, parfaits, lemon pizzelle cookies, a cocoa bar and rosé grapefruit mimosas, and a lovely white cake with raspberry filling.
