Well, our Seattle Seahawks are out of the Super Bowl LIV race…we are going to be ok, but we have to move on. With grazing boards and platters still the hottest and most fun way to feed a crowd, let’s talk about how to build a Super Bowl Party Platter and table for a great watch party. Football party food always includes the holy trinity of wings, chips and guac and a comically long sub sandwich. Mercifully, no sub sandwich here; sidebar, those are the worst, they fall apart, shredded lettuce is everywhere and there is always one type of meat no one eats. You would do better (and more affordable) to put together your own sandwich bar. But I digress…I focused on creating a chicken wing platter and serve other finger foods that are easy to pick up and eat. The key to a good party is to always have plenty of food; guests will replenish often during the game, especially at half-time. Platters are easy to keep an eye on to replenish.
