This year’s Super Bowl snuck up on me…I am still in denial that January is over! But who am I to miss an opportunity for a party? I’ve got a few Snack Table ideas to share and get you celebrating your favorite team in no time! Keep your food simple so you don’t have to feel tied to the kitchen or grill! Plus, you want foods that are easy to replenish but keep well sitting out on the table for a few hours. Chicken wings are really easy to make; I just baked them plain, then coated half in wing sauce and kept the others to dip in a sriracha aioli sauce. We always have lots of different types of beer at our parties but since Super Bowl game watching is so informal, invite guests to bring a growler or bottles of their favorite brew. A big hit and must-have party snack is guacamole! I love to kick up store bought guacamole to save time on making it all by hand.
