I wanted to let you know that the South American cellist who was chosen to take part in the ICYOLA/USC/LACO quartet has had to pull out because of a hand injury. We are desperately seeking an African American cellist, 23 to 30, to take his place. Do you know any possible candidates around the country? Please let me know if anyone occurs to you.
