There is arguably no accusation worse than what Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears stood accused of, after being hit with a child molestation lawsuit.

However, in a dramatic turn of events, not only has the suit been dismissed but the Jane Doe at the center of the claims has issued a statement praising Haddish.

As reported, both Haddish and Spears were accused of grooming and using the plaintiff as well as her younger brother to make sexually inappropriate comedy skits.

At the time, Haddish hit back hard via legal reps who branded the suit “bogus” and stressed that the claims (which have been rejected by legal entities several times in the past) effectively amounted to a shakedown attempt by the plaintiff and her family.

The comedienne did notably apologize and expressed deep “regret” for even participating in the sketch.

Now, per TMZ, the plaintiff has requested that the entire case be dismissed with prejudice – making it impossible for it to be refiled in any capacity again.

The following statement from the accuser was also released:

“My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us. We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.”

Spears notably was not mentioned. However, it has been confirmed that the suit against him has also been dismissed.
