Fat Joe On DJ Khaled: “He’s The Quincy Jones Of Hip-Hop”

Fat Joe has long been outspoken and an igniter of debate.

So it’s fitting that his latest comments have generated flames like never before.

Because according to the rapper, DJ Khaled is “the Quincy Jones of Hip-Hop.”

Full story below…

Joe’s comments came during an episode of Norega’s Drink Champs podcast.

Stressing that he felt Khaled was underrated, he went on to liken him to Jones – whose lengthy list of classics includes Michael Jackson‘s ‘Thriller’ and collaboration with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, and Chaka Khan.

Jones is also the most awarded producer in GRAMMY history, with 28 wins.

Naturally, the comment drew ample critique. To which Joe responded:

“All these back seat drivers Monday morning quarterbacks always got an opinion but can’t do it themselves sh*t crazy to me the term Quincy jones of this time was used in reference to the work Khaled has put in years and years of hit obviously there’s only one Quincy but f*ck it.”

Do you agree with Joe?
