Oscar and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson is back with a new song titled “Burden Down”. The single is lifted from Hudson’s upcoming fourth full-length studio album, which is expected to arrive next year.

Hudson stepped away from music her Broadway debut playing Shug Avery in the Tony Award-winning revival of The Color Purple in 2015. Then the “Dreamgirl” appeared on TV as Motormouth Maybelle in NBC’s Hairspray Live! and she is also currently a coach on the 13th season of The Voice.
