“I See Myself As A Global Artiste In 5 Years” – RattyBeatz

We at Loud Sound GH had an exclusive interview with a sensational and versatile up and coming Artiste known as RattyBeatz. He gave us insight into his reasons of getting into Music and predicted that, in 5 years from now, he sees himself as a Global Artiste.

RattyBeatz is a music producer and an artiste who started his musical journey in 2006 with Foxy Entertainment then. There he learned how to rap and later got into beat making using beat making softwares like Cubase, Fruityloops and others.

RattyBeatz acknowledged that; to be a successful musician in Ghana, your target has to be youth and that is exactly what he plans doing. He pledged to use his music as a tool of inspiration and empowerment to the youth, preach love and share life experiences with them.

The urge to be a source of support and inspiration to the young ones started when he built his personal studio around 2012 in a community known as Ablekuma (A suburb of Accra) with the aim of offering them free recording sessions or very little charges to get their songs done. That went on until 2016 when he felt he is ready for the music scene.

RattyBeatz believes Afrobeats and Dancehall are the biggest genres in Ghana now and confident his style of music; which is both genres joined, will be fully accepted by Music Lovers across the country. He also said that, he isn’t influenced by any artiste in Ghana, but looks up to Stonebwoy for his depth in music and Shatta Wale for his business drive. He added that, working with Stonebwoy will be a great honour.

He hasn’t made any major release yet; but in 2016, he released “Ogbemi” (You Kill Me) featuring Gasmilla. The song got released on Reverbnation and had lots of positive reactions. He’s still an unsigned artiste but established his own label called G.S. One records.

He also hinted the release of a new music with its music video for the song “Chairman” produced by Tubhani Muzik is very near. He promised all music lovers that, this is a song they will love and probably get addicted to. He also urged music lovers to keep an eye on him and expect positive vibes only.
