My tribute to the one and only Marcus Intalex. As with many people, he was hugely influential in my love of drum and bass, being one of the artists that inspired me to buy the music and put different mixes together over many years. I loved going out to hear him DJ and he would always bring something different to anyone else who might be playing on the same night. He was always pushing the drum and bass scene forward.
This mix features my favourite tracks of his. There are many more tunes that have been just as impactful but these are the ones that were special for me. As for the picture, this was taken in Nottingham, UK. A great personal memory and one that I wanted to attach to this mix as a celebration of the good times I've had listening to his music. Hope you enjoy.
