Today’s Song is “Torn Between Two Suns” by Annamay. Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Annamay was born at the footsteps of the mountains in Åre, Sweden and began learning music and songwriting at the young age of 10 years old.

In addition to her musical abilities, Annamay is an expert level engineer in underground infrastructure and urban planning.

For Annamay music is a way to channel to find balance in an otherwise hectic world. “Music inspires me to live life to its full potential and I hope to encourage my listeners to do the same,” she says.

Her music communicates feelings of truth, freedom and female empowerment driven by her evocative and captivating vocals. It is a varied mix of pop-rock infused with hints of soulful folk and country, along with poetic lyricism.
