Axwell & Ingrosso Take Over Terminal 5 in NYC [March 17th & 18th]

For Axwell & Ingrosso the city of New York City has a rich history. It was the home of Swedish House Mafia’s first United States arena show at Madison Square Garden, while also hosting 3 of the stops on their ‘One Last Tour’ farewell stops. When that era came to a close we expected each artist to go their separate ways, but with the guidance of longtime manager Amy Thompson a new project was born. Axwell & Ingrosso would join forces for a new venture, with their debut happening in NYC on the final night of Governors Ball music festival in 2014.

Since that legendary night on Randal’s Island where Axwell & Ingrosso premiered countless new collaborative tracks, the duo has only returned to play NYC once. It was over two years ago on March 30th, 2015 at Terminal 5. A one night only event for 3,000 people that sold out in under 9 seconds, coming just 2 days after the duo’s performance on the Main Stage at Ultra Music Festival and acting as a rehearsal for their 2 headlining weekends at Coachella.

The two year hiatus for Axwell & Ingrosso comes to an end on March 17th & 18th as the dance music legends are set to return to Terminal 5 in Manhattan. Both artists are beloved by fans in New York, and you can bet that each night will boast sold out crowds. There will also be no shortage of supporting talent including, as Axwell & Ingrosso will be joined by Jonas Blue, SG Lewis (DJ Set), The Him, Salvatore Ganacci, and Shapov. These are sure to be one of some of the most memorable shows to hit NYC this Winter and you don’t want to be the one to miss out!
