My Entry of Myself Into Wikipedia's Lazarus Syndrome

  • A 50 year old man, myself, John Stephen Swygert of Cumberland, Maryland, suffered a rare form of heart attack due to Takosubto Syndrome (commonly referred to as a drop-dead heart attack or broken hearted syndrome), where he then fell down and broke his neck. He shortly combatively awoke after CPR at his home on the floor, and then during treatment of the hospital died after 3 attempts of defibrillation. As a nurse in a doctor remained in the room and the rest of the professional staff had departed after their attempt, he woke while they were waiting on the doctor to declare his death officially. I will update the amount of time I was dead soon when I contact the hospital and I have medical paperwork to substantiat my testimony and would very much like to share that here. I was fitted with a pacemaker defibrillator 3 days later and went home a total of 5 days after the August 12th 2018 event. I was treated at the Western Maryland Healthcare System now a part of UPMC, located in Cumberland, Maryland. it was thought that I would have brain damage and be paralyzed and very fortunately most of the after effects are just trauma of the emotional type although I'm in constant pain and thankfully not paralyzed and memory had already been difficult with years of heart concerns and lack of proper oxygenation, and there could be minor memory loss but it's insignificant overall, and I'm able to care for myself and my functioning is very decent under these miraculous sets of circumstances. after falling down the steps I could not make my neck straight and I slammed it into the floor three times and that's the last thing I remember before waking to CPR. I have three dislocated vertebrae in the cervical area as a result and I am that way today. On that same day I was also suffering from asthma, viral sepsis, lactic acidosis and low levels of both potassium and magnesium, and lactic acidosis.
Above is my personal entry, and you can see the entire topic at Wikipedia, and this is where I entered my own personal information as well.

See documents attached herein...

all highlighted in trees on the four documents below happened on the exact same date of my event; August 12th, 2018.
