Veganism and plant-based diets seems to be growing at a steady pace at the moment as more and more people are opening their eyes to the ethical, environmental and health impacts of animal agriculture. The last few years has seen been a boom in the plant-based food market and it’s slowly becoming easier and easier to adopt a Vegan diet without just using specialist health food shops and breaking the bank.
With that in mind we thought we would give veganism the ultimate test by seeing how easy it would be to eat vegan at a Music Festival. Let’s be fair, they are not always the most accommodating place for people with any sort of dietary restriction with their usual selection of basic burger vans and ice-cream trucks, so we decided to send vegan YouTube star, Banana Warrior Princess, along to Norwich’s awesome Sundown Festival, where the awesome Years & Years, Dizzee Rascal, Chase & Status and Jason Derulo were all set to perform, to see how she would get on.
Will she just have to live off of chips, or will she find some tasty delights hidden away in the Norfolk showground to munch down to? Find out in our video below!
