With less than two weeks to go until the festival, we’ve picked out our top 5 picks you have to see during Bushstock 2019.
Bushstock 2019 is a multi-venue one day festival in Shepherd’s Bush, London showcasing an array of the best in new music, with Matt Corby, Gang Of Youths and Novo Amor sitting proudly on top of the bill.
Here’s five acts we recommend you catch on 15 June, from Brighton’s new kids on the block Marthagunn to Leeds’ finest Marsicans.
MarthaGunn
The Courtyard at K-West 16:00 – 16:30
APRE
The Courtyard at K-West 18:00 – 18:30
This is one of our new favourites for 2019; after hearing their new single ‘Come Down’ we instantly fell in love. Their music is catchy, euphoric and truly underrated — they put their own spin on a 90s indie sound similar to The Stone Roses era — and we know their set will be one not to miss.
Clean Cut Kid
Defectors Weld 21:00- 22.00
Liverpudlians Clean Cut Kid will not disappoint you. Fact. With their sophomore album ‘Painwave’ released just a few months ago, we are pumped to see the likes of ‘Deafening’ and ‘I Don’t Like You But I Love You’ live. Having already supported The Courteeners, The Kooks, Michael Kiwanuka, The Killers & Circa Waves over the course of the last 5 years, it’s safe to say they are no stranger to a live show. You’d be a fool to not see them at Bushstock 2019.

Jordan Mackampa
St Stephen’s Church 19:00 – 19:30
With the announcement of a UK tour in November/December this year and the release of his latest single ‘Under’, Jordan Mackampa is set to have one hell of a 2019 as he takes to the stage at Bushstock. Having seen him play at the Omeara in London last year, we’re intrigued to see what the Coventry born singer-songwriter has in store for a festival environment.
Marsicans
Defectors Weld 19.45 – 20:15
Last but by no means least, we have Marsicans on our top 5 picks for Bushstock 2019. This band have had an array of success in their music career so far; playing a vast number of festivals, coming off a phenomenal UK tour last month and their latest single ‘Your Eyes’ making us feel all kinds of good vibes ready for the summer. Marsicans are not only one to watch at Bushstock, but one you should be keeping a close eye on for the rest of the year…they’re set for big things.
