Simulated Youth (Phoenix, Arizona) appear to be bending sound here alright, the kind of refraction that is not uncommon on the dancefloor but perhaps not at such nostalgic extremes than it appears here. That is looking at it at a microscopic level though when all ‘Money in My Tummy’ requires of us is to bust out limbed-up reaction the kind of which haven’t been seen since the rave scene closed its warehouses for the last time. Brings me right back, or at least to Daniel Avery’s door, and that highlight around the 120 second mark almost landed us at a door of sheer transcendence. I’d be blowing my whistle now if the kids weren’t already asleep. KH
