What first drew you into music?

My parents. I am from a musical family, so I didn’t have much choice and from the age of 4 I’ve started to learn piano. I am classically trained pianist with background of Music school and academy. But from the early age I just loved Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream and Vangelis just to name a few of my favorite electronic composers. So – the journey still continues till nowadays with some add-ons of electronic dance music. I’ve studied DJ-ing, and from this year started to play in the clubs and compose dance tracks

Your track “Drink, Drank, Drunk, Drunken” is absolutely amazing! How did you achieve such a great signature sound in such a short time? Also, what is your creative process like?

It’s all started as a joke – I was testing my new microphone, recording anything what was coming to my mind. Meanwhile I had some guests in the house who were listening to that “vocal experiments” behind the door and eventually they came into my small studio and told me that its sounds really funny, although very catchy – just a few seconds before I was planning to hit the “delete” button. So – in a while a build the whole track around it and named it “Drink, Drank, Drunk, Drunken” – just to excuse my vocal abilities

Generally all my inspirations comes from the sounds, I can dig they by hours and hours until some idea will come to my mind

Going over your Soundcloud we can tell you love experimenting with new sounds. Can you tell us more about your studio setup and some of your favorite plugins/instruments?

My setup is quite simple – Mac Mini, pair of KRK Rokit8, Reason 10 as a main software and nearly all the plugins for it, RODE studio mic, Fucusrite Saffire PRO24 soundcard, 2 KORG keyboards and all of it is based in my bedroom

Your music sounds very organic and authentic. Do you play any real-life instruments?

Except of piano I’ve studied French horn, drums and a little bit guitar, so I know how do they sounds, although can’t name myself a real player of any of those

What are your musical goals for the future?

I love composing and I enjoy every minute of it. What I don’t really like – is using ready loops and phrases and preset sounds, so many of the tracks sounds like copy-paste from a microwave. Dance music is mostly quite limited in harmony and form – that’s are the rules of the game – I would like to widen them with my musical skills and vision, I play each and every note myself and if I need – I hire live musicians and singers

What are your goals for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

Yes, right now I am close to finish my new track, which will also have lots of live vocals and instruments – so – stay tuned and subscribe to my SoundCloud profile, I will share it with you quite soon!
