What first drew you into music production and Future house in particular?

At the age of 3, I had a very musical neighbor, who taught me how to play the piano. After about 10 years, I started producing Music on the computer. I immediately fell in love with it. Because I’ve been playing the piano for a long time, I like melodic music the most and you can hear it well in my productions. Good Chords and a catchy Melody is the most important part of a track for me. In the years following that I started purely producing Progressive House Music. With my Remix of Mark Forster’s “Chöre“ I had decided to produce something different from Progressive House and I saw that people really liked it so I started to produce other Genres too. After listening to music from Artists like Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo or Madison Mars I decided that I want to have the same sounds in my productions.

Your latest track “The one” has already hit over 70k views and is one of your most successful tracks to date, How does it feel when a track is this well received? Did you expect the track to be this successful?

I am always excited and nervous when it comes to releasing new music. That makes me even more happy that we got such a good feedback on “The One“. I didn’t expect that the song would grow so fast. We hit the 100k Streams on Spotify in under a month. This feeling is incredible! I’m super thankful for every Support or Feedback I get on my songs.

In the spirit of the last question what is the story behind “The one” how did it come together?

The making of „The One“ was super cool! After finishing the full Instrumental, Arthur has recorded awesome Vocals for the track. The funny part of the process is that I chance the Drop completely after the Vocal was recorded by Arthur. At the final mixing process, I came up with the melody of the actual drop and try to combine it with the rest of the track.

You have released several remixes in the past year and they are all great! Do you plan to keep releasing remixes in 2018?

I’ll definitely keep releasing further remixes. I love to give Songs my signature style but in 2018 I want to focus a bit more on Original Songs.


The first month of 2018 has just passed, did it turn out the way you expected it to?

Totally! For me, the biggest moment of the year so far is that my Song Set It Out reached 1 Million Streams on Spotify. Also, I was part of the Official Remix EP from Hapoly & JANIS – Symphony that came out in January.

2018 has just began, what are your goals for the new year? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

In 2018 many things are planned for which I am excited and looking forward to. As an example, we are filming my first music video at the moment. There will also be some changes in my music. Stay Tuned!
