If you recall, last month, the LA district attorney, said that Trey Songz would not face any felony charges for his alleged domestic abuse case. Today, the LA City Attorney also rejected the case due to insufficient evidence. If you’re unfamiliar with the back story, this all began in February when a woman named, Andrea Buera, claimed that Songz assaulted her at a Hollywood party. According to her, the beating was so vicious that she suffered a concussion. Trey’s lawyer, however, provided statements from multiple witnessed that contradicted Buera’s statements.
