Fashion Weeks Favorites

January is the Fashion Shows Month and what a month this was till now. Fashion Week London Men is over and Milan Fashion Week finishes tomorrow. Paris and New York is still to come. My favorite fashion shows that I feel where unique and innovative was Craig Green, Dolce & Gabbana, Moncler, and Moschino.

Craig Green Fall/Winter 2017

Craig Green killed it this season with his inspired warriors (i feel) Collection.  The crowned British menswear designer of 2016 had as reference the need to survive wearing  an armor to keep us safe. “It’s like being scared of something, which is massive weight. Fear of the unknown,” he said at Vogue. His bigger fear is the vast of the sea. His collection is full of straps, ties and bands. Love the baroque printed fabrics.

Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2017

MY FAVOURITE SHOW!!! This Dolce & Gabbana show had it all. Combination of colors, fabrics, patterns, prints, textures, etc. Even though, all these sound too much, they were merged nicely to present a spectacular result. I loved every outfit from head to toe.  It was difficult choose only three outfits for the post. Moreover, the most “models” were social media influencers like singers, actors, celebrity sons. A few of them were Tinie Tempah, Presley Gerber (Cindy Crawford’s son), Rafferty Law (Jude Law’s son), Brandon Thomas Lee (Pamela Anderson’s son), Levi Dylan (Bob Dylan’s grandson), etc.

Moncler Gamme Bleu Fall/Winter 2017

Moncler Gamme Bleu collection is obviously inspired by the concept of mountaineering and hiking. Behind it is Thom Browne with his hand-made tailoring skills. Layering outerwear and rope motifs were the main characteristics of the collection. Retro goggles, hiking shoes and big backpacks were completing the outfits.

Moschino Fall/Winter 2017

I love Jeremy Scott creations in all sectοrs he is so ingenious and innovative. This collection was not something different than what we are used seeing from Moschino. I wanted to feature Moschino in this post because I am in love with the total print denim look. It would have been my everyday outfit, stylish and can be worn for casual and formal events. Bold prints and army looks are the main features of the collection.
