The Method of application: Take some fresh leaves of aloe Vera and boil them in hot water. Extract the juice from the leaves and mix some lemon juice with this. Then add 4 to 5 tsp of pure vegetable glycerine. Blend the mixture well and apply directly to your teeth. Use a toothbrush to sweep it well on the plaque affected portions. 3. Rosemary Oil

Plaques are often caused by oral bacteria and rosemary oil helps to prevent the plaque build-up inside the mouth. It also works as an antiseptic element for your teeth. One can easily get rid of bad breath and cavities trouble if he uses this method regularly.

The Method of application: Take 2 tablespoons of fresh water and add 5 to 7 drops of rosemary essential oil. Blend them well and swish it all over the teeth plaques using your tender finger. Brush it for 5 to 10 minutes. Spit the whole mixture out from your mouth using clean Luke warm water. Never gargle or swallow the oil. Continue doing this method for two times a day to get the most desired results. You can also use thyme oil instead of rosemary oil.

4. Orange Peel

Then clean the mouth with Luke warm water.

5. Guava
