Prepare the following sourdough:
Mix 100 g of flour – preferably use wheat, barley or spelt flour, 1 tbsp. of wheat bran and add enough warm milk to form a paste. Mix very well and make sure the paste is thick enough (but not too thick like a bread dough) so it can stay on your Face and not fall off. Leave the paste at room temperature for 4 hours. Before applying the paste, wash your face gently with warm water and pat dry. Apply the sourdough paste on your face and keep it on for 30-40 minutes. Then wash off the paste with warm water.
In the summer, do regular sunbathing between the hours of 10am to noon. Put on your face some fresh leaves of burdock, sunflower, or pumpkin while bathing. Then wash your face with cool water. If you live in a coastal area, swimming in the ocean or sea is strongly recommended after the sunbathing with the leaves.
Before bedtime, on your face apply a cotton towel, soaked in water in which lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), soapwort (SaponariaOfficinalis),and black elder (Sambucusnigra) was boiled – in equal portions.
Take 100 g of fresh leaves (or dry in case you can’t find fresh) of smoke tree (Rhuscotinu) and put them in 1 L of boiling water. Strain the liquid. Take a small towel and soak it in the liquid. Squeeze the towel well, and apply it as a compress onto your face. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes. You can repeat the procedure 2-3 times a day. In addition, right after the compress, the pimples have to be smeared with the following infusion:
10 g of pot marigold – flowers (Calendula officinalis) are soaked in 50 g of olive oil. Leave it to soak well for at least one week before usage. At the same time while doing the two topical procedures listed above, you can take the following infusion internally:
2 full tbsps.ofnettle – leaves, are added to 400 g of boiling water. Leave it to soak well for 2 hours. Strain the liquid, and drink 4 times a day before eating.
Mix very well 1 yolk, 500 g of yogurt (make sure the water of the yogurt is strained), 2 tbsps. of honey, 2 tbsps. of royal jelly, the juice from 1 lemon, and 1 tbsp. of salicyl powder. Before applying the mixture onto your face as a mask, first make a steam bath. In a metal container put a handful of chamomile and a handful of linden tree flowers and boil it in water. Once the steam starts to rise, bend over exposing your face to the steam. Get closer as much as it is comfortable, and carry on for about 10 minutes. Then apply the above mixture onto your face preferably before going to bed, and leave it for overnight.
The mixture can be stored in your refrigerator in container with the lid on.
Grate one lemon (with the rinds) and mix it with 1 pinch of baking soda, and about 50 g of shaving cream (not foam). Mix it very well and apply it directly onto the pimples. Leave it on for half an hour, and then wash off the mask with cool water.
Mix 500 g of horsetail (Equisetum arvense), 250 g of pot marigold – flowers (Calendula officinalis), and 250 g of narrow leaf plantain – leaves (Plantagolanceolat). Find a linen bag, and fill in the mixed herbs in it. Then place the linen bag on a sieve, over a boiling water to warm it up well. Before placing the warm linen bag on your face, apply a little raw, unrefined organic lard on the pimples. Then place the bag on your face and leave it on for 30-40 minutes. You can try and split the herbs in two separate linen bags, and attach them with a bandage, so you can carry on with your daily activities. Repeat the procedure 2 times a day for the duration of 10 days. After you take off the bags, again apply some organic lard onto the affected area.
Take about 50 walnut leaves and boil them in 1 liter of water for 15 minutes. Smear the affected area with the infusion.

Then take 1 big piece of paper towel and dip it in the mixture to get saturated well. Apply the paper towel on your face and keep it on for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes you have to change the paper towel with a new one. The duration of the treatment is 25 days. For the first 12 days – you repeat it every day, and for the remaining 13 days, you do it every second day.
Mix the following herbs and ingredients in 200 ml of water:
25 drops of tea tree oil, 5 tea spoons of vodka, 10 fresh stalks of Rose Geranium (aka Pelargonium roseum) – finely chopped, 8 stalks of pot marigold (Calendula officinalis) – finely chopped, and 20 stalks of lavender (Lavandulavera) – finely chopped.
Boil the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, and then strain it well. The leftover paste of the plants is mixed with 1 pack of gelatin (10 g) that was previously melted in 30 ml of water. Start stirring the mixture until it hardens and starts to look like an ointment. Apply the ointment on your pimples 2-3 times a day until the acne symptoms improve.
Mix the following herbs and ingredients:
½ cup of grounded oat flakes, ½ cup of grounded almonds, 1 tbsp. of sea salt – finely grounded, 1 tbsp. of mint leaves – finely crushed, 1 tbsp. of rosemary leaves (Rosmarinus officinalis) – finely crushed, 5 drops of tea tree oil, and 1 tea spoon of vodka. Then wash off with cool water and pat dry.
In a jar mix the following harbs:
white yarrow (Achilleamillefolium), linden tree flowers, st. John’s wort, thyme, and horsetail – 25 g of each. Mix well and add to the herbs olive oil – make sure it covers all herbs completely. Place the jar nearby the window where it will be exposed to the sun. Keep it there exactly for 40 days. After that strain the olive oil removing the herbs, and store it in a different jar. Regularly apply the oil on your face, but don’t over-apply as it will not be able to absorb in the skin. If your skin does not tolerate the olive oil well, you can use grape seed oil instead.
Besides the topical application, you can also use the above oil internally – added to your salads for example.
Mix 1 part of sulfur powder with 10 parts ofcoconut oil or vaseline. Apply the mask before going to bed, making sure the mixture does not get in your eyes.

Two times a week make a steam bath. In a metal container put a handful of chamomile, few drops of lavender essential oil or tea tree oil, and boil it in water. Once the steam starts to rise, bend over exposing your face to the steam. Get closer as much as it is comfortable, and carry on for about 10 minutes. Right after the steam bath, on your face apply a mixture from fuller’s earth and yeast – 1 tbsp. each, dissolved in a little warm water. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes. Then wash off with cool water, and right after that apply silver water (Colloidal Silver) on your face which is left to dry out on its own.
On a daily basis do the following routine in addition to the above remedy:
Every morning and evening after taking a shower, clean your face with baking soda – make sure you apply it very gently. Wash it off with cool water, and again apply silver water. Also it is important to note that you should avoid applying creams on your face when you go to bed, as the skin needs to “breathe” after you do the above procedures.
Add 2-3 tbsps. of finely grated horseradish (or powder) into a glass bottle. Fill the bottle with apple cider vinegar – enough to completely cover the horseradish. Store the bottle for 10 days, at a room temperature. Apply the vinegar after taking a shower, on a wet face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off with cool water.
Boil 6 tbsps. of green tea in 500 ml of water. Strain the liquid and add 6 tbsps.of finely grated ginger (or ginger powder). Make sure you put the liquid in a basin, so you can dip your whole face in it. Repeat the dipping procedure for about 10 minutes. You might feel a little pinch-like (very slight burning) sensation on your face, but that is normal. Do this procedure few times in a month.
Mix the following ingredients:
2 tbsps. of fuller’s earth, ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder, ¼ tea spoon of alum, 3 tbsps. of finely crushed soybean sprouts, and 1 tea spoon of honey. Add a little water and 2 drops of lavender essential oil or tea tree oil and mix well. Apply the mixture onto your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash off with cool water. If your face becomes slightly yellowish as a result of the turmeric powder, simply apply some oatmeal mixed with some yogurt and few drops of lemon juice to clear it off.
