Since it is not wise to take anti-depressants while feeding the baby, fish oil is the best way to fight depression. Taking fish oil can even prevent depression and fight against the causes leading to it. You might even consider taking fish oil supplements to combat depression. This method is more useful as it overcomes the harmful ingredients that are consumed along with fish. People averse to fish can also take these supplements and get their required dose of omega-3 fatty acids.

You can even take flax seeds, nuts and other foods to provide you with omega-3 fatty acids. But fish oil is the most popular one as it is easily available in the form of supplements and is a better source too. So a regular intake of fish oil to fight depression can spare you a lot of anxiety in future. Say good-bye to depression and make fish oil your constant partner to good health.
