You can't have the cake and eat it too!

Acharya Distributors demanding Money to be paid back as they have incurred losses is very strange.  It was a business risk that they took and the risk did not pay off. 

They need to be more careful next time. If they had made a profit would they have shared it with the producer, director, or with Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan? I don't think so!

This is similar to people who cry foul when chit fund and other money laundering companies cheat them. They entered the schemes knowing that such hefty interest rates are not feasible. 

If they get good returns it is their business acumen, but if they get a loss it is the governments who are responsible to recoup the losses. Real-world does not work that way!
