Tata Nexon EV Max launched in Nepal

Tata Motors has launched the long-range version of the Nexon EV in Nepal. The electric version of the Nexon is brimmed with a larger battery pack and a long range of 453 km. With this latest launch, Tata Motors is expanding the presence of their EVs for a cleaner and greener future.

Convenience Features of Tata Nexon EV Max

In addition to the regular version, the brand has brimmed the Nexon EV Max with a plethora of new features. These include the Jewelled Control Knob with active mode display, Makarana beige interiors, leatherette seats and ventilation for front passengers. Furthermore, the convenience is enhanced by the air purifier, wireless smartphone charging, auto-dimming IRVM and cruise control.

The Tata Nexon EV MAX features 3 driving modes – eco, city and sport. In Eco mode, the driver can extract more range for better mile munching. While the sport mode delivers a sportier surge for better overtaking. And the city mode is convenient for city driving.

Safety Features and Warranty

Nowadays, the brand is more focused towards the safety and the Nexon EV Max is no different. The safety feature list comprises the ESP with i-VBAC, Regenerative braking, Hill Hold and Descent control.

Moreover, the Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Vehicle Hold and all 4-Disc brakes enhances the safety of the SUV even further. The Nexon EV Max features an IP67-rated battery pack and a standard warranty of 8 years or 1.60 Lakh km.

Battery, Performance, and range

Tata Nexon EV Max boasts a Ziptron bigger 40.5kWh battery pack. The Ziptron powerplant delivers a whopping 143hp of power and 250nm of torque output. This results in a 0-100km/h timing in under 9 seconds and claimed range of 453kms.

Currently, Tata Motors is offering a 7.2kW AC charger that can fully charge the vehicle in 6.5 hours. However, the vehicle also supports a DC fast charger with 0-80% in just 56 mins.
