 Between stilettos or pumps, running for work or walking around for window shopping, it is fair to say that we torture our legs the most. These pain takers deserve our attention, love and pampering. Our face, hands, and body gets the most attention and in looking after these body parts we often forget to worry about our toes, heels and ankle and that’s just not right! We end up rushing to a salon when we see tan or dry Skin on the Leg.

Occasional pedicures at salon seem to be the best option for most of us. But give it a thought; do you think it is enough? It is enough to remove sun tan from the leg but is it enough to properly hydrate the skin and prevent cracked heels?  No matter what lifestyle one lives, legs are more prone to dry skin than any other body part. It is because it has the least oil glands compared to the rest of the skin. To ensure the shine and smoothness of legs it is necessary to use a good lotion.

  • Make sure that the shoe you choose fits your foot shape
  • Try walking to check that there is not much friction between your foot and the insole
  • Allow your foot to breathe, choose footwear which are open as it does not allow bacteria to grow.

Massage your feet

Despite carrying the load of the whole body, a foot has 200,000 nerve ending. Gently massaging the foot can ease those nerves and help relaxing the pain and also works as a great way to unwind the stress.

So, go give yourself those photo ready legs that look great and feel great.
