What is Full HD?

1080p, also known as Full HD or simply FHD, is a graphics resolution characterized by having 1,920 pixels displayed in width and 1,080 pixels in height on the screen. How to stream in Full HD with Restream

When you have all the equipment needed to live stream in Full HD ready, just jump into your Restream Studio and go to Settings. There, you will be able to find the new Quality option. You can change the regular HD (720p) format to Full HD (1080p). Make sure you have upgraded your subscription plan to at least Pro to have this feature available.

After you select the Full HD quality, you can start streaming as you would usually. You will go live in Full HD on all your selected channels. Keep in mind, though, if the streaming platform doesn’t support broadcasts in 1080p, your stream quality will be automatically changed to a lower one. It would typically be 720p.
