Imports Of Textile & Apparels By US Increases By 28.14%

US Imports of textiles and apparel increased 28.14% to $ 71.36 billion in the first eight months of 2021, compared to $ 55.695 billion from January to August 2020.

According to the latest major shipper report, apparel accounted for the majority of US textile and garment imports during the first eight months of the year, valued at $ 50.439 billion, with non-apparel imports remaining. It accounted for $ 20.925 billion.
