The wait is finally over, the gradual lifting of lockdown means that in the coming weeks, restaurants, pubs, bars and cafés throughout the UK are able to re-open and welcome customers back through their doors. Showing promise for a rapid summer revival of the industry, many restaurants have been inundated with reservations following government announcements that restaurants and pubs could open indoors from 4th July in England, 15th July in Scotland, and from 3rd August in Wales.
