My physical therapist said that I needed to get a yoga Ball to work my back and to possibly even start using it as a chair.
Well I havent used it as a chair as of yet, I did however use it in my daily routines and after about a week of using it I can say I am starting to feel it in a good way. I am really happy with the over all quality and durability of this ball.
