1) Talk to yourself :

One need to understand that lack of confidence and over-confidence, both are harmful. Same way under estimating and over estimating yourself can prove equally harmful to your Self-Awareness activity. It can play major role in Self-Awareness. Do not hesitate to take advice or feedback from family, friends and boss. Evaluate the feedback received.
