Gyaan, to start let’s know more about you and your backgroud? 

When and How did you come up with this idea of ?

One of the major concerns of every person is the well being of their loved ones since you cannot always be physically present at the time of need. So here the idea came in existence to bridge this gap by providing you a hassle-free solution to look after your family & friends and give you a sigh of relief when it comes to health, Wellness, Gifts & Household Products. ‘Sehat Aapke Ghar Tak’ is literally what we follow and provide you with innumerable options to take care of your kith & kins. A wide range of Healthcare, Wellness, Personal care, Mother baby, Organic Grocery & Household products Including devices & Handmade products are all made available at your doorstep. So why to queue up outside shops when you can avail all your medications & health products, with a click, sitting at home and that too loaded with exciting offers & amazing discounts.

Brief us about the serivce your provide at ?

How did you come up with the name “Pharmacyonnet” ?

Pharmacyonnet is a concatenation of 3 words Pharmacy + on + Net Now in a complete Pharmacy, you can buy products related to health & since we are having on-line shop so it is over the net. However, we diversified the word Pharmacy & extended its versatility with our marketplace.

What options do your customers have? And how are you different from them?

Currently either there is Prescription based e-commerce or Organic based e-commerce, also some big giants are selling anything & everything, so we have chosen a wider but focused segment & that was “Health”. Now we are like a supermarket or say Super pharmacy where you can buy everything related to health. If we find something which is good for health then we definitely go for that.

How did you acquire your initial customers?

We get our customers online; as we deal in Health & Wellness, our target audience is everyone. We deal in Mother & baby segment, Healthcare, Wellness, Personal care & Organic grocery. We also deal in Fitness & health devices, from a newborn to the senior person we deal in each and every segment of Health.

What is the source of your startup revenue?

Currently, we are bootstrapped and have started to generate revenue by applying marketplace fees on every order.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now and how did you overcome it ?

Though doing business in India is still a hard nut to crack & being an honest and loyal business it is even more depressing to see the wrong business getting more benefits than the deserving one. But still fighting against all the odds and finding our way towards our destination is always what we are working for. My inspiration is the people & family associated with us & when we see so much responsibility on us we always try to fight much harder with all the positive approach. My mantra is “Never Quit

How did you meet your team(co-founders) and what is their background?

Quitting my job at a reputed Pharmaceutical Company, I started Dreamz Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd(DNPL) along with my elder brother who had a good experience in pharmaceuticals and Nutrition. Today DNPL turnover is around INR 12 million and manufactures 22 products among which AgeDeifier is the hot selling cake. “Wondering how I could provide the best of products to everyone living in India & what can I do to make healthcare retailing more advance and approachable, my quest led the way to This online store provides a platform to entrepreneurs, brand owners, and vendors to sell health products & organic products PAN India (even to the remotest part of the country).

Where do you want to see your startup in the next 3 year?

We are very much focused and dedicated towards the expansion of our business and for the same, we are going to start the process of fund generation from the market & financial institutions. Our strategy is to sync the existing health segment & become the biggest platform for selling the health products online in India. Further, we want to open our storefronts for the offline market by the mid of 2020. We are also trying our best to start manufacturing of generic, branded & herbal medicines.

What Technology Stack/entrepreneurial hacks/online tools/ services/ apps do you use in your startup?

We are 100% technology-driven startup, having our virtual private servers & for security and performance, we work with CDN around the globe. For online marketing, we use email marketing, surveys & Analytics. In-house we use trello & we have our own designed 100% customized information system. In our end to end chain, we use giants like Google, yahoo, bing, Amazon, Bluehost, Cloudflare, survey monkey, MailChimp, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

What do you look for in a candidate who aspires to join your company?

For us, Perseverance, skills & loyalty are major parameters on which we judge any candidate, but it is also a fact that you can’t get 100% desirable candidates. It’s important to give an opportunity to the most appealing candidate than wait for the right one.

What are your strategies to build awesome work culture in your company?

Well-disciplined & focused work culture is the most crucial factors for healthy working. We take utmost care to have a positive environment, good lighting & seating arrangements, proper desks & personal space. Further, we conduct regular group discussions & debated, apart from this we keep some sorts of surprise treats & socializing on every small achievement we get. Awards & applaud on every breakthrough performance.

What do you wish someone had told you when you were 15?

In our teenage, it was hard to be focused on our ambitions because competitive exam & reservation scenarios in India are “killer of your dreams”. Nevertheless, I had opted for biology to get entrance in any pre-medical test but things were not very much on my side. Then I started a career in the Pharmaceutical sector, further stepped into E-commerce marketplace (in the health sector only). Many time being a non-technical person confined me in designing things on my own due to lack of coding. But still, things are quite interesting & challenging for me.

Any suggestion/quote that you would like to share with budding entrepreneurs?

Invest time in making not just the product but a brand. A brand is what gives you earn a winning difference in the heart of customers. For efficient brand positioning, you need to give what is never given before i.e. the best ever quality.
