What is Leader of the Month?

For the first time in UpKeep History, we have two leaders of the month! A huge congratulations to Jungho, our Android Developer, and Dale, our Senior iOS Engineer, for being awarded July’s Leaders of the Month!

From their manager’s nomination,

Both Dale and Jungho took the core value “Customers over Revenue” to a whole new level this quarter. Working with Product and Design, Dale, Jungho and the rest of the mobile engineering squad pushed through a huge initiative – to make Technicians’ lives easier through a better Technician-focused experience on the Android and iOS app. The project started earlier in the year, and it took tremendous effort, coordination and leadership to get everything done and out the door. Dale and Jungho really lead the way and participated in the whole process – from UI and user-flow design, to planning, architecting and implementing such a drastic change.

Dale and Jungho’s passion to put priority to the everyday people using our app really shined through, and it ever strengthens Upkeep’s commitment to our technicians. Thank you both for everything you do! And, congratulations again Dale and Jungho!
