Cupcake decorating is the perfect accompaniment to a vintage them hen party or even wedding. You will spend 2 hours drinking champagne and creating beautiful, glittery, candy coloured treats to take home. The instructor will demonstrate various piping techniques and show you how to use beautiful edible decorations before giving each member of your group 8 bare cupcakes to unleash your talent on. Once decorated, your cakes will be boxed up ready for you to take home and share (or scoff on the train!) A Chocolate Making class is every chocoholics dream! During your 2 and a half hour class you will be taught the history of chocolate and be shown the essential techniques needed to create your own Belgian truffles all whilst the chocolate fountain pours in the background for you to dip into whenever you wish. At the end of the class each member of your group will have created 30-50 Belgian chocolates which will be packaged up for you to take home. Obviously if the weather is too hot you will have no choice but to eat them all before you get home! | |
If savoury not sweet is more your thing, then perhaps a spot of sushi making? After you have tasted your complimentary wine you will need to don the apron and follow the sushi expert as you are taught how to create your own fishy delights. Once you have mastered the fine art of sushi making your efforts will be judged by the expert and the winner will receive their very own sushi knife to take home. Of course you can’t leave without tasting the delicacies that you have created and there will be a few more professional pieces added for good measure! | |
If you think that eating is cheating then perhaps a liquid lunch is in order? Our cocktail making classes are our most popular hen party activity and with good reason! Your girls will be welcomed to your own private area of the bar with a strawberry daiquiri and a flavoured vodka shot to toast your host. Your professional mixologists will then teach you all the tricks of the cocktail making trade by mixing 5 cocktails for you. Once you have grasped the basics it’s time to get behind the bar yourself and have a go! By this point you will all be a bit squiffy and in need of some food to soak it up, so after you have received your certificate of participation and the bride to be has been given a special prezzie you will be served with some fantastic food platters to nibble on whilst you finish up your drinks. |
