Priyanka Chopra – We saw Priyanka playing a Christian bride (in Mary Kom) and a Bengali bride (in Gundey) this year. If you will see the real images of Mary Kom getting wedded , you will know how Priyanka tried every bit to look and perform like her. The hairstyle, the veil , garlands , red lipstick , even that sparkling little neck piece. And that’s how close she went to perfection for every shot right there in the movie.

She looks glamorous and stunning as a Bengali bride. Red Banarsi Silk, Puffed sleeves , bright red bindi and elaborated eye makeup made her look every bit like a traditional Bengali bride.

Nargis Fakhri- She Played Kashmiri Bride in Rockstar . Very less people have played Kashmiri bride on screen . She justified the bridal look really well. Her unblemished skin , jhoomer , nude makeup and simplicity made her a hot , palang tod bride  . We loved the toned down orange shade and marooon border in veil.

Shraddha Kapoor –Deepika was ‚ not the only one to play south Indian bride on screen. Shraddha Kapoor also played a guest role as typical Kannada bride in Kareena starrer”Gori tere pyar mein” . She looked cute , ethnic and beautiful.

Alia Bhatt– Last but obviously not the least , our personal favorite Bridal look was that of Alia’s in Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania. It doesn’t matter whether she wore that 1 Lakh ka designer Lehenga or not , she looked totally wowsome. The scene in which she apes Shaharukh Khan gave young ladies a new theme of proposing their grooms on their D-Day. Golden blouse, red Lehenga , minimal Jewellery and those sunglasses inspired many brides for this cool chic on roll look.
