The TV actor from the ‘Yeh Hai Mo Mohabbatein’, Divyanka Tripathi got engaged to his longtime boyfriend Vivek Dahiya. The Engagement ceremony was attended by close friends and relatives of both the bride and groom.

The couple opted for the Pink theme for their engagement function. The pink is the new colour of summer this season and when you are well planned and organised, it can add charm to any party. Talking about the engagement venues, which seems to be a banquet venue, was decorated will fresh pink roses and the combination of pink and golden drapes. The venue matched the outfits of the couples as well. For the wedding venue, it was again a banquet hall which has a golden decoration and theme.
Tip: If you cannot think of any colour for your wedding venue, you can go for gold anytime. The gold colour matches any wedding and function.

Dress Code – Bride
Divyanshi chose pink lehenga for her engagement which is paired with matching jewellery. The lehenga look elegant with broad golden border, while the lehenga blouse has full sleeves in sheer. The sleeves had a matching golden design. The blouse also has minimal work on the neck. The golden dupatta was styled on one shoulder to show off her lehenga’s design. Though the dress was simple, but our bride looked beautiful, which also reflected on her skin.

For her wedding, Divyanshi wore a red and golden lehenga. The lehenga has big patches of embroidery work in golden while the dupatta was in simple gold with broad red boarder. She opt for a big lehenga choli. It was not a blouse like she wore on her engagement, but covered her tummy nicely as if she is wearing a red wedding gown.
Tip: If you are healthy and don’t want to show your belly fat, you can consider wearing a big choli blouse like she had wore on her wedding day. For duppata, try to keep it light as when you cover you head, it will make you weight down.
Dress Code – Groom
The groom, on the other hand, wore a navy blue suit with a pink tie to match Divyanshi’s outfit. The suit has little silver work on the collars and the shoulder. The white pocket square was selected to match her white shirt. The couple looked attracted on their engagement day and complemented each other.
Our dulha, Vivek was seen wearing an all golden sherwani, but to make it more interesting, he wrapped a bronze stole over his one shoulder and hand. He looked like a traditional Indian groom of his wedding day.
Coming to the accessories, the bride wore matching pink danglers and heavy necklace. Though she wore a full sleeve blouse, there was no need to wear any bangles or bracelet, but she was seen wearing her diamond engagement ring, of course, why not, after all, it was her engagement day! Wearing full sleeve dress can make you feel light in term of accessories. The outfit itself becomes heavy coupled with chunky pieces, will make you feel tired as you have to stand and meet the guests throughout the function.
So, go for dresses that can make you wear minimal jewellery like Divyanshi did for her engagement ceremony. It seems that Divyanshi has ditched the mangtikka for her engagement as she was seen wearing one on her wedding day. Her wedding jewellery were again simple but she still looked pretty in whatever she wore. It was a matching mangtikka and a choker necklace which she paired it with red churra and kalire.
The half tied hair is trending this summer and she also styled her hair in the half updo hairstyle, keeping the hot months in mind.
