from the photographer… “Our bride and groom are newlyweds, as they were recently married in April. However, their wedding day didn’t go quite as planned, and they didn’t have time to take many bride and groom portraits. When we started to dream up the concept for this shoot, Courtney and Brandon were the first couple that came to our minds. As a wedding photographer, it breaks my heart to know that someone didn’t get the images that they were hoping for on their wedding day, and I knew that they would cherish the images from this shoot so incredibly much. Overall, we wanted to put together an intimate, joyful and colorful styled shoot. With the fall leaves still hanging on the trees, we were able to capture the last bit of color left. The rich maroons and oranges in the details were tied together with delicate peaches in the florals. The cozy bench made for a romantic dinner setting and the sunset was a perfect way to end the day. Everything came together beautifully, and it wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for our amazing team of vendors.”
