The best kit that I have ever used is the one I found on Amazon. It includes 50 ovulation strips, 20 pregnancy strips and actually has an app to use along with it. The app: The SmileReader app helps you to calculate the LH hormonal levels that are in your bloodstream right before you ovulate. It will tell you when they are the highest and best for conceiving the little one you’re wanting. The app for the kit will say “You got a peak today, you have the maximum chance of conception” with an image of a baby’s smiling face. Keep testing until you see a message “As LH surge has passed, you’re ovulating today! Today is the last day of the period with the highest likelihood of conception”. When you begin to use the app for helping you to track, all you do is put in the date of the first day of your last period. It’s that simple. Then it calculates what day you need to be waiting for that perfect moment. Pregnancy strips: Note: Image is not the item in the kit! Image source The pregnancy test strips are simple to use. Just urinate in a container, dip the tip of the strip into it. Then just wait it out. (Same with the ovulation strips.) I do suggest getting a container just for this. Be sure to place this in a secluded area. I’ve seen a few people that were NOT that bright and then someone used it for something.
